It is our goal to assist every family, regardless of their financial resources. We can help you plan services for your loved one that works within your budget.
Graumlich Funeral home is a small family-owned business, and we operate on a cash basis, being dependent upon the families we serve for prompt payment at the time arrangements are made.
Contracts cannot be made with your loved one’s estate. When the Probate Court approves the executor and opens the estate, the person who paid for the funeral expenses should be reimbursed from available funds in the estate.
We offer the following four payment methods to ensure that we continue providing families with quality service.

"In-force" meeting criteria for an assignment to be approved for the payment of services & merchandise on the funeral contract by insurance company.
Most major credit cards accepted. A fee of 3.5% will be calculated on total amount of services, facilities, transportation, merchandise selected). As a small family owned business, we are charged fees by the credit card companies for the processing of all payments using credit card.
Cash Advance Items cannot be paid for with a credit card. We would be incurring extra charges that are not ours to pay. These are third party entities not a part of Graumlich Funeral Home Business therefore, not our charges. On your behalf we forward these cash advance items to the third party entities for your convenience.
For Approved Insurance Assignments
There is a $ 200 Processing Fee
Our the amount of time we spend in communicating with the insurance company(s) to: Report the death for claim to be opened Preparing the death claim and other forms for submission. Follow up on the processing of claim and our time in working through complications that may arise.Also, we are paying out others on the contract prior to our being reimbursed by insurance company(s) Transportation, Embalmer, Merchandise Vendors, Cash advance items. Reimbursement from the insurance company which often can take between 4-8 weeks.
