Veva D. Duvall

Veva D. Duvall, age 94, passed away on April 25, 2025. She was born on September 18, 1930, in Columbus, Ohio.

She was a vibrant member of her community and was a former member of the “Red Hats” Society and the Groveport Seniors, where she formed bonds that celebrated camaraderie and joy. Veva also found enjoyment in the activity of gardening her flowers.

Veva was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her beloved son, Mark Duvall, along with her granddaughter, Angie (Eric) and her great-grandchildren, Lexie and Tommy, her brother, Jim and wife, Kathy, two children, Todd (Melissa) and Erin (Chris) and their 3 children. She is preceded in death by her parents Herman Schwarz and Lilly Shinn; husband, Beryl “Tom” Duvall Jr., with whom she shared a rich life filled with laughter and partnership.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 4 - 7 pm at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 South High St., Columbus, Ohio 43207 where the funeral service will be held Friday, May 2, 2025, at 10:30 am with Pastor Timothy Lee officiating.
