Valarae J. Witte

Valarae J. Witte, age 90, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on May 20, 2025. 

Born on February 2, 1935, she was a cherished daughter, beloved wife, devoted mother, and treasured grandmother, whose love illuminated the lives of those who knew her. Valarae was a member of Madison Christian Church. Retired from Columbus Fair Auto Auction.

Valarae is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Witte; her daughter, Gina Small; parents, Cleo and Marguerite Garrison and brothers Alvin Leroy Garrison and Loren Garrison. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Jo (Robin) Beer; grandsons, Justin Small and Brian Small; step-grandson, Jonathan Beer; sister, Shirleen Thorton; sister-in-law, Tina Garrison, nephew, Larry Thornton, son-in-law, Ernie Small, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and special friend, Gail Bailey. Her legacy will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her family and friends, a testament to a life well-lived and a heart well-loved.

Family will receive friends Friday, May 23, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 noon at Madison Christian Church, 3565 Bixby Road, Groveport, OH. 43125 with Pastor Paul Barnes officiating.
