Tommy Spillman

February 25, 1925 — October 16, 2015

Tommy J. Spillman, born February 25, 1925 in Twin Branch (Louisa), Kentucky, and moving to Columbus in the 1940's; passed away October 16, 2015, at the age of 90, at Mt Carmel West Medical Center, after a short illness. Retired from Buckeye Steel, Division of Worthington Industries, after over 30 years of service. Tom was a longtime member of the former Ohio Avenue United Methodist Church and Zion Lutheran Church, German Village.

Tom was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 33 years, Mary Lucille (Deemer).

Survived by daughter and son-in-law, DeLinda and John McDaniel of Dublin; grandchildren, Jessica (Matthew) Williams, Jeffrey (Adria) McDaniel, and Matthew (Katie) McDaniel; 5 great-grandsons; Garrett Avery, Lukas Andrew and Zachary Matthew Williams; Bradley Ryan and Joseph Matthew McDaniel, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, October 21, 2015 beginning at 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Pastor Larry Kudart officiating. Interment to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
