Shirley J. White

Shirley J. White, age 90, of Groveport, Ohio, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2025. Preceded in death by her husband, Gale White; granddaughter, Shelby Amick Slagle, parents, William and Marjorie Bechtold, siblings, Lois Niday, and Jack Bechtold. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberly and Eric Koenig of Plain City, Ohio, Laurie and Craig Amick of Canal Winchester, Ohio, and son, Jeffrey White of Groveport, Ohio; grandchildren, Benjamin (Roza) Newsome and Jason (Sarah Beal) Newsome, and Haylee Amick; 4 great-grandchildren, Finn, Henry, Grace, and Elianna Newsome; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Family will receive friends on Thursday, June 26, 2025, beginning at 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Columbus, Ohio 43207, with Pastor David Sells officiating. Interment to follow at Lithopolis Cemetery.
