Sheri Clark

Sheri Lynn (Sells) Clark, age 49 of Flatwoods, KY, formerly of Groveport, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly May 26, 2013 at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY with her loving husband Alvin Clark and family by her side. A 1982 graduate of Groveport Madison High School and an LPN in the state of Ohio, Sheri had many friends and a heart for helping the elderly and children. Preceded in death by her mother Donna; aunts Pauline Martin, Joan Altevogt and Georgia Claypool, and brother-in-law David Clark. Survived by husband Alvin Clark, father William Sells, brothers Bill (Donna) Sells and David (Danielle) Sells; sister Judy (Roger) Bailey; nephews Ben Bailey, Billy Sells, Derrick Sells and David Sells, and nieces Erin Bailey, Britney Goodyear, and Sarah (Aaron) Rassell. Aunts and uncles Ruth Stults, Shirley Culbreth, Juanita (John) Kendall and Phil Claypool and numerous close cousins she loved as her own siblings. Sheri had a special relationship with many in her extended family, notably her special nieces Jordan Goorey, Abby Maynard, and Lindsay Williams and her children Anthony, Austin and Mckenna, and recently opened up her home to the Whimbush children; Braydon, Jadyn, Ian, Nikeli and Jaxson. Cremation services to be handled by Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods, KY with a private memorial service to be held in Columbus, OH later in the year. The family would like to thank the staff at King's Daughter Medical Center for their loving and compassionate care during Sheri's final hours. Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life.
