Ruby A. Canode, age 93, of Columbus, died May 15, 2011. Member of Washington Avenue United Methodist Church. Retired from General Motors. Preceded in death by husband John Canode. Survived by son Donald (Annette) Medlar of Columbus; daughter Margaret Canode of New Zealand; grandsons, John (Lisa) Medlar and Carl (Renee) Medlar; great-grandchildren, Danielle and C.J. Medlar, and Leanne Banks; Visitation Thursday 2-4 and 6 p.m. with service to follow at 7 p.m., at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Rev. Dave Clark officiating.
