Robert Conrad

Robert H. Conrad, age 88, a lifelong resident of Columbus, passed away January 9, 2015. Bob left high school to serve in the U.S. Navy during WWII. After being honorably discharged from the Navy, Bob returned to school and graduated from Central High School, Class of 1947. He attended The Ohio State University and worked in retail food sales, retiring from the Volker Company.
He is preceded in death by his parents, H.R. "Ray" and Thelma Reed Conrad. Survived by wife of 63 years, Norma Datkuliak Conrad; sister-in-law, Carolyn (Gene) Deaton; brother-in-law, Lowell (Bonnie) Datkuliak; nieces, nephews, and 2 special furry friends, Flip and Pepper.
