Richard Barber

October 21, 1931 — June 29, 2018

Richard "Dick" Barber age 86, of Grove City, Sunrise October 21, 1931, Sunset June 29, 2018. He was a loving Christian husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Longtime member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church for over 50 years. U.S. Air Force Veteran, Korean War. Preceded in death by wife, Ellen Barber; parents, Charles and Pearl Barber, and 2 sisters, Myrtle and Iola. Survived by daughters, Terry Darst and Tammy Barber; son, Tim (Linda) Barber; grandchildren, Aaron (Christi), Amanda (Jason), and Mike (Tina); 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Barber and sister, Margaret Jahr; many other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends, Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 12 noon to 3:30 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Monday, July 2, 2018 at 10:30 a.m., Pastor Edward Engelbrecht and Pastor Floyd L. Stolzenburg officiating. Interment with military honors to follow at Concord Cemetery in Grove City. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer's Assoc.
