Minnie Smallwood

Minnie V. Smallwood, age 82, of Columbus, died March 14, 2011 at Grant Medical Center. Member of Potter's House and Golden Agers Obetz Senior Center. Preceded in death by daughter, Victoria Bernsdorf; father and step-mother, Ronald and Jane Thomas; brothers, Robert and James Thomas. Survived by husband of 66 years, Gene Smallwood; daughter, Sue McCoy of Grove City; sons, Gary Smallwood of Columbus, Larry Smallwood of Williamsport, and Terry Smallwood of Columbus; former son-in-law, Bill McCoy; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Audrey Kinder; half-sisters, Rosa Frank, Julie Cordle, and Margaret Bishop; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation Thursday 4-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Friday 1 p.m., Rev. Dr. William L. Snider officiating. Interment Obetz Cemetery.
