Melvin Clemens

Melvin J. Clemens, age 83, of Columbus, passed away July 27, 2015. U.S. Army Veteran Korean War. Member of American Legion Southway Post No. 144 and VFW Post No. 3424. Retired from Rockwell International and McDonald Douglas. Preceded in death by wife, Peggy; parents, Joseph and Lurena Clemens; siblings, Robert, Ray, Bill, Barner, and Eleanor. Survived by children, Melvin Jr. (Beth) Clemens, Gary (Diana) Clemens, and Laura (Joe) Davis; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Marie Musser and Betty (Dick) Allen; many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Wednesday July 29, 2015 from 5-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Thursday 10 a.m., Pastor Brian Humphrey officiating.
