Lucille Starr, born on August 31, 1939 in Junction City, Kansas, passed away December 13, 2018 in Columbus, Ohio. Member of Lighthouse Ministries. Preceded in death by husband of 46 years – Nath Starr, sons Steven L. Starr and David N. Starr, parents Irene and Lawrence Stiffler.  Survived by daughter Barbara (James) Ballard; son, Michael Starr, sister, Shirley (Robert) Fent; brother, James (Nancy) Stiffler.  Grandchildren: Michael (Melinda) Ballard, Katherine (Matthew) Smith, Kristin (Robert) White, Karen Woosley, David Jr. (Megan) Starr, Danielle Starr, Joshua Starr.  Great-grandchildren: Myles Riley, Marisa Ballard, Aiden Smith, Miranda Ballard, Anthony Woosley, Logan Smith, Nicholas Woosley.  Close friends from church: Judy, Doris, Greg.

Family will receive friends Monday, December 17, 2018 from 4 – 7 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High Street. Service Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Lighthouse Ministries, 2295 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43207, Rev. Stephen Palmer and Rev. Phil Spriggs officiating.
