Survived by father Aaron (Vickie) Murphy; mother, Myra Kay Stephens; siblings, Jeremy and Justin Stephens, Courtney and Brittany Murphy, and Dustin Slicker; grandmothers, Gertrude Murphy and Nancy (Mike) Bowen. Family will receive friends Thursday July 6, 2017 beginning at 5 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m., at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Rev. Tim Stevens officiating.
