Joseph L. Mace, age 81, formerly of Columbus, died December 6, 2009 in Savannah, Tennessee. U.S. Navy Veteran, WWII. Member of Walnut Hill United Methodist Church; Lockbourne Lodge No. 232 F&AM; OSU Red Coats; Hamilton Meadows Civic Association; Former Vice President of Hamilton Township Local School Board of Education; Former financial secretary for IAM&AW No.1038. Preceded in death by wife Mary; Survived by sons Timothy (Goldie) Mace and Jeffrey Mace; grandchildren Heather, Dominique and Nicholas; great-grandson Damion; many nieces and nephews. Visitation Wednesday 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Thursday 10 a.m. Rev. Jeff Smalley officiating. Graveside Service 12:30 p.m. with burial to follow at New Marshfield Cemetery, Athens, Ohio. Masonic Service 7:30 p.m.
