Survived by loving partner of 25 years, Dora Romaine; mother, Marie Elkins; children, Shannon (Sheila) Voit, Robert C. (Tracy) Voit, Dawn (Jeffrey) Wellman. 8 grandchildren; sister, Susan (Bill) Krumm. Services provided by Graumlich Funeral Home.
