Jerry Crawford, age 75, died peacefully on October 4, 2015 at home surrounded by his family. Born in Columbus, Ohio on March 19, 1940. Jerry lived in Columbus his entire life. Marion Franklin High School graduate. U.S. Army Air Corp Paratrooper.

Preceded in death by parents, Luvene and Louise Crawford; brother, Joe Crawford; son-in-law, Von Taylor. Survived by wife of 36 years, Sue; children, Lisa (Dave) Treadway, Eric Crawford, Ron Smith, Carol (Jimmy) Miller, and Julie Taylor; grandchildren, Haley, Jaden, Michael, JW, Josh, and Amanda; 5 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tom Crawford and Dick (Deanna) Crawford; several nieces, nephews, and very special family and friends. Jerry was a retired Teamster truck driver. He loved Ohio State football and basketball, Cleveland Browns, pitching horseshoes, traveling to tournaments, and working in his vegetable garden. Jerry never met a stranger. He loved to start up a conversation with anyone about anything. He will be dearly missed by all especially his wife, Sue.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015 from 3-7 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St.., where service will be held Thursday 10:30 a.m., Rev. Dr. William L. Snider officiating.
