Jay Schott

Jay A. Schott, age 56, of Columbus, went Home on January 4, 2017 with his family by his side. Graduate of Hamilton Township High School Class of 1978. Jay was a Cleveland Browns fan and he loved his OSU Buckeyes.

He is preceded in death by father, Marvin Schott, twin brother, Jan Schott, and uncle, Laurence Hartman. Survived by wife of 25 years, Elma Schott; daughters, Chelsea (Trevor) Bausch and Taylor Schott; mother, Diane Schott; sisters, Lori (Ray) Hunley and Lisa Hiles; mother-in-law, Vanessa Hasan; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.

Family will receive friends, Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 1-4 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High Street. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, January 9, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. Margaret of Cortona, 1600 N. Hague Ave., Columbus, OH 43204, Fr. Jeff Rimelspach, Celebrant.
