Janet L. Gaal, age 72, passed away October 31, 2013 surrounded by family at her son's home in Columbus. Member of Obetz Zion Lutheran Church. Past president of Columbus Area Credit Unions; Past board member of Ohio Credit Union League and past member of Corporate/Credit Union Inc. Janet is preceded in death by her husband, Louis Gaal. She is survived by son, Michael (Bonnie) Bidlack of Columbus; step-children, Sue (Dave) Hatch, Jane Yanasko, Karen (Jeffrey) Conrad, Jeffery (Karen) Gaal and Gary Gaal; grandchildren, Kenneth (Courtney) Bidlack, Joshua (Jessica) Bidlack, Kristen (Phillip)Williams, Jordon, Kassidy and Taylor Conrad, Nicholas and Caitlyn Yanasko; great-grandchildren, Sophia, Cole, Averie (and one on the way) Bidlack, Jaden, Kenyon and Kynslie Williams; sister, Mary (James) Bradford; nieces, Claudia (Larry) Freeman and Rebecca Sparks; special cousin, Ron Walker. Visitation Tuesday, November 5 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m., Pastor Richard Match officiating.
