Howard Peter

Howard Leon (Correll) Peter, age 73, passed away quietly at home on September 28, 2015. Howard was born on May 31, 1942 in Robinson, Illinois. 1960 graduate of Central High School in Columbus. Served U.S. Air Force 1960-1964.

Preceded in death by birth parents, Ernest V. Correll and Catherine R. Bradbury; adoptive parents, Leslie W. and Helen W. Peter; half-brother, Eldon "Buck" Reynolds and his constant companion, his beloved Pug, TaSheena.

Survived by sisters, Anna Mae (Frank) England of Columbus, Marie S. (Dave) Gulish of Pataskala; brothers, Jan E. (Linda) Peter of Toledo, and Kevin A. (Vickie) Peter of Houston, TX; half-sisters, Norma G. Hacker of Joliett, IL, Ramona Noblit of Oblong, IL, Anna Dorn OF Newton, IL, Alicia Hyde of Robinson, IL; half-brothers, Boomer (Ruthann) Pimentel of Oblong, IL, and Robert Masters Jr., of Newton, IL; ex-wife, Jean Peter of Chicago, IL; many nieces and nephews. Special thank you to Mt. Carmel Hospice and Visiting Angels for their care during Howard's illness.
