Homer Vance, age 79, of Columbus, died July 4, 2008. Preceded in death by brothers, Richard and Henry Vance. Survived by children, Joyce (Dan) Kirk, Judy Vance, Earl Vance, Billy (Kathy) Vance, Locie Vance and Elizabeth "Pebbles" (Buck) Vinion; 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; brother, Locie (Thelma) Vance; sisters, Loretta Krogstads Mary Jane (Bruce) Sutton and Gladys Minor; many nieces and nephews. Visitation Monday 5-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Tuesday 10 a.m., Rev. Albert Newsome officiating. Interment Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.
