Mullins Sr., and Barbara Cooper (Crisp); Uncles, Red, Johnny, Willis, and David Mullins; Aunt, Nancy Chapman. Survived by son, Zachary (Kristi) Mullins; grandchildren, Delaney and Asher; mother, Brenda Mullins; siblings, Kimberly Pope, Charlie (Tonya) Pope, Lorie McQuirt, and Jamie (Rich) Martin; Uncles, Miles (Phyllis) Mullins and Aunt Lorane (James) Wright; numerous nieces and nephews and many beloved cousins in Kentucky and extended family in Mansfield, Ohio.
