Frances Lucille (Tolliver) Spinks, age 89, formerly of Kettering, Ohio passed away on November 5, 2013 in Byrdstown, TN., where she was currently residing. Preceded in death by parents, Charles E. and Stella (Seymour) Tolliver. Survived by husband, Gerald Spinks of Kettering, OH; 2 sons, Keith Bradley and wife, Robin of Monroe, TN., and Terry Bradley and wife, Diana of Louisville, KY; and blessed with 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation Saturday November 9, from 11 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High Street.
