Earl L. Cherryhomes, went home to be with the Lord November 7th2012.Preceded in death by son Earl Leroy; parents Bode and Laura Cherryhomes; sisters, Thelma, Esther and Anna; brothers, Paul, Joe, Frank, Floyd and Harry. He is survived by wife Lillian Ruby of 69 years; daughter in law, Carol Larimer Cherryhomes; grandson, Andy (Michelle) Cherryhomes; granddaughter, Amy (Tracy) Thompson; 4 great granddaughters, Abby Thompson, Anna, Grace and Sarah Cherryhomes; 2 great grandsons, Matthew Thompson and Jacob Breakey. 2 sister-in- laws, Ruth Carmedy and Kathryn Landes; nieces and nephews.Member of Thurman Ave. United Methodist Church. Retired from City of Columbus. Was an avid bowler with high game of 297; Secretary Treasurer of 101 Bowling League for 20 years.A member of the Moose & Omar Athletic Clubs. Family will receive friends Friday 5-8pm at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Saturday 10am. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
