Donn Hettler

Donn L. Hettler, age 82, of Grove City, passed away on October 31, 2016. Member of St. Paul United Church of Christ and South-Gate Potter Lodge No. 783 F&AM. Retired after 61 years of service as a union iron worker with Iron Workers Local Union 172; Past volunteer with Marion Township Fire Department. Graduate of Hamilton Township High School.

He is preceded in death by wife, Joanne Hettler; parents, Leroy and Pauline Hettler. Survived by children, Sherrie (Jeff) Grennell, Steve (Connie) Hettler, and John (Susan) Hettler; grandchildren, Randall Becker, Scott Becker, Jonathan Grennell, Stephen Grennell, Erik Grennell, Brandon Stone, Jennifer Milam, Justin Hettler, and Joshua Hettler; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Kay Clark; nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. (Masonic service at 7:30 p.m.) at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Friday at 10 a.m., Pastor Alan Hicks officiating.
