Dianna Kay Dingus, age 67, of Amanda, Ohio, passed away May 1, 2015. Retired from Nationwide Children's Hospital after 47 years of service. Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Ruth Dingus; Survived by brothers, Kenneth and Anthony Dingus; nephew, Mark Dingus; special friends, Helen O'Bryan and Kathy Nichols; foster children, Wendy Anderson, Tony Long, and Nicky Nichols.
