David Hammond

David Hammond, age 65, of Columbus, died October 9, 2007 at Columbus Alzheimer's Care Center. Preceded in death by parents, Tom and Blanche Hammond. Survived by wife, Joan; son, Aarron; brother, Don Hammond; loving second mother, Julia Hayes; sister and brother-in-law. David lived many years in Cincinnati and had many friends in both Columbus and Cincinnati. Family will receive friends Thursday from 4 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Rev. Jim Hayes officiating. Interment of cremains in Obetz Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers family suggests contributions be directed to Columbus Alzheimer's Care Center, 700 Jasonway Ave., Columbus OH 43214 or hospice of choice.
