Clyde "Joe" Friesland

Clyde "Joe" Joseph Friesland, age 61, of Columbus, passed away April 25, 2020. Graduate of Columbus South High School.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was a Jehovah's Witness. Joe loved to spend time with his grandson, Jaxson. Preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Dorothy “Granny” Cowan and Robert Cowan; paternal grandparents, Basil and Margie Friesland; aunt, Shirley Bernthold; uncles, Randy Friesland and Paul Friesland. Survived by son, Robert (Angela) Friesland; daughter, Jessica (Jim) Friesland; grandson, Jaxson Friesland; granddaughters, Mikaela and Emma; parents, Clyde and Dorothy "Dottie" Friesland; sister, Marla Friesland; brother, Jeffrey (Angela) Friesland; nephew, Jared; nieces, Kristen, Krystal, and Darbi; great-nephews, Joshua and George; great-nieces, Jayla, Jaina, and, Storie; other relatives and friends.
