Clara Young

Clara Young, age 95, of Columbus, passed away on September 3, 2008. Born March 17, 1913 in Cordell, KY, the daughter of the late, George and Della Bryant Smith. Also preceded in death by husband, Ivan Young Sr.; son, Ivan Young Jr.; brothers, Luther, Clyde and Cline Smith all of Blaine KY; sisters, Mary Adams of Tampa FL., Willia Slone of London, Oh., and Clotine Smith of Blaine, KY; Survived by sons, Jack Young of Columbus and Richard (Linda) Young of Baltimore, OH; sister, Frankie Lyon of Blaine, KY; sister-in-law, Julia Smith of Louisa, KY; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; many nephews, nieces, friends and neighbors. Clara was of Pentecostal faith. Visitation Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Saturday 10 a.m. Rev. Elias Harmon and Rev. Allen Harmon officiating. Interment Obetz Cemetery.
