Charles W. Clark, age 71, of Columbus, died November 10, 2009 at home. U.S. Air Force Veteran. Preceded in death by parents, Dillard and Ruby Clark; sisters Barbara Shore and Judy Bowers; brother Lonnie Clark. Survived by Pamela Thompson; brother Bobby (Betty) Clark; sisters Norma (Ken) Pingle, Charlotte Sweeden, and Brenda (Cliff) Boyle; niece Lisa Clark; nephew Joe Clark and other nieces and nephews. Services will be held in Appalachia, Virginia with visitation Thursday 6-8 p.m. at Roy A. Green Funeral Home, 317 Kilbourne Ave., Appalachia, VA 24216, where funeral service will be held Friday 1 p.m. Interment Powell Memorial Gardens, Big Gap, VA.
