Joe Pernell

Joe Pernell 78 of Obetz, passed away Tuesday February 27, 2018. He was born in Charleston W.Va. on January 29, 1940. He worked for Dietzgen Corporation and C C Converting.  U.S. Army Veteran. Joe was a devoted husband, father, papaw, great papaw and brother.

Preceded in death by father and mother John and Gail Pernell, sister Sue, and brother Ralph. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, the love of his life, wife Carolyn, children John (Lynn) Pernell, Mike (Michele) Pernell, Crystal (Ed) Tucker and Tracey (Scott) Napier. Grand kids John (Meg), Scott, Brady and Dawn (Zac) Pernell, Jenny (Mario) Chavez, Travis Newt and Trevor Wright, Dylan and Taylor Napier. 6 great grand kids. Sisters Claris, Wanda, Debbie and Sandy. Brothers Paul and Eddie Pernell.

A memorial service will be held at Walnut Heights Baptist Church, 1660 Lattimer Dr., Columbus OH, 43227 on Saturday March 3, 2018 at 12 noon, Rev. Ralph Short officiating.
